Introducing “Exam Preparation Course”. This course is built to help prepare you for the National and State Real Estate Salesperson and Broker Exams. 

If you have completed your mandatory education for either your Salesperson License or Broker License and want a refresher, this course is for you! 

If you are an out-of-state licensee or broker and trying to obtain your Idaho License, the State section of this course is what you need.

The Objective

This Exam Preparation Course is a 2-section course that covers State and National content to help prepare you for the exams. From the basics to advanced concepts, you will leave the class motivated, knowledgeable, excited and ready to take the exams with confidence. The first half of the class (8am-12pm) will cover the National content and the last half of of the class (1pm-5pm) will cover the State. The instructor will go into detail with the "A Guide to Passing the Idaho Real Estate Exams." This exam prep book is INCLUDED in the course price!! If you already have the Guide, use the new one from the class to mark it up as you'd like.

For Brokers: Did you know the Broker exam is 75% of the same content of the Salesperson exam? How well do you remember what was covered in real estate school years ago? You need to brush up on those concepts. This course does exactly that. 

The Instructor

We have an amazing instructor, Elizabeth Hume. She started teaching for IRES in June of 2020, teaching our 90 hour Sales Pre-License courses. Elizabeth is passionate about real estate and helping new students achieve their goal of becoming a successful real estate agent.
